Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight/dimension of the item(s) ordered and the postal code of where the order is being shipped.
Ya Grls Closet is not responsible for any delay caused by the carrier, especially during high volume seasons.
Shipping Times
Any orders placed on the weekend or after 3pm EST on Monday through Friday will be dispatched the following business day. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We will continue to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible; nonetheless, we do appreciate your patience and support!
Shipping Options:
Domestic
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Days
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 Days
International
USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 Days
USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 Days
USPS First Class Package International Service: Varies by destination and total package must be between 1 and 4 lbs to be eligible

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information, you can track your packaging using the carrier service's website.
Lost Packages
Steps to take if your packages are missing:
1. File a claim with the mailing service.
2. File police report.
3. Wait for the mailing service investigation results. Items may be subject to reship upon our discretion.
