Refund policy

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds at this time.
However, if you receive the wrong item or a defective product we sincerely apologize and ask that you email us at info@yagrlscloset.com so we can correct our error immediately. Shipping for this instance will be fully covered by #TeamYGC. To be eligible for an exchange, only available for those requesting the same item in a different size, your purchase must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn, unwashed and undamaged. You are required to contact us within a week of receiving your item.
We can only assist you if your desired size is still in stock. The sooner you contact us the better chance we have of securing your appropriate size. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for sending item(s) back and covering shipping cost. We encourage all customers to carefully read our size charts and contact us at info@yagrlscloset.com with any questions.
